SMS / Text Message Communications
This section describes how Premoai handles SMS messaging, in compliance with TCPA, CTIA, and U.S. mobile carrier (A2P 10DLC) requirements.
When we send SMS
We send a one-time SMS containing a link to a custom preview website only after a recipient verbally consents during a live phone call with our team. Specifically, our representative asks "Can I text you the link to your preview site?" and the SMS is sent only after the recipient explicitly says yes.
Consent and opt-in
- Consent is obtained verbally during a live phone call. No web form, paper form, or third-party list is used to collect numbers.
- We do not purchase, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Mobile carriers and message providers (e.g., Twilio) process messages on our behalf and may retain delivery metadata as required by law.
Frequency and content
- Recipients typically receive one (1) message per inquiry — a single SMS containing the preview website URL.
- We do not send marketing campaigns, promotional blasts, or recurring messages.
Opt-out
- To opt out of future SMS from Premoai, reply STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a confirmation, and we will not send further messages to that number.

Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Premoai does not charge to send or receive these messages.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide to us directly (including your business name, phone number, email address, and the contents of conversations with our team) and information automatically generated when you visit our website (cookies, IP address, browser type, pages viewed). We also rely on third-party service providers — Stripe (payment), Twilio (telephony and SMS), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Anthropic (AI content generation) — each of which has its own privacy practices.
How we use information
- To build, deliver, and host your preview or production website.
- To contact you about your inquiry, your account, or service issues.
- To process payments and fulfill orders.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse.
Information sharing
We share information only with service providers acting on our behalf, as required to deliver the services you've requested or as required by law. We do not sell personal information. We do not share phone numbers, emails, or any contact details with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at support@premoai.io.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email support@premoai.io.
Children
Premoai's services are intended for businesses and adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
